NZTCV‚s improved website is now fully operational. A key objective of this website is to assist groups/organisations, associated with conserving our environment, in promoting their activities and events where extra hands are needed.

Maintaining an online and dynamic national database of volunteer opportunities is seen as an essential tool for coordinating volunteer movements. Close associations with groups like the Environmental Restoration Network (ERN) will provide for a greater sharing of information and the resources needed to achieve conservation objectives.

We are now seeking projects and volunteer opportunities to display to the many volunteers willing to get involved in conservation related activities. No project is not worth registering, if you are unsure contact us to discuss it with you.

A new feature of the website is that projects/opportunities can be registered online at www.conservationvolunteers.org.nz directly by those requiring volunteers, or forwarded to our office for inclusion on the database. In order to verify the projects we ask that you first register your details with us, this can be done quickly and easily online.

There is no charge for these services but donations are always welcome and you may join as an associate or voting member of the trust.

Please feel free to contact us with any queries you might have about the site. We plan to regularly promote varying projects that seek volunteers, and in time hope to illicit and display further information and volunteer feedback. Contact us.
